Refund policy

1. Return Period

We provide a 30-day return period, starting from the date you receive the ordered goods. During this period, you have the right to apply for a return according to the regulations.

2. Eligibility for Return & Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund, your gel blaster ammo must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened and Unused: The Gel Blaster Water Beads must be in its original, unopened packaging, sealed, and unused. Due to the nature of this product, once the packaging is opened or the gels have been hydrated, they are no longer eligible for return or refund, unless deemed defective by Hdrason.
  • Original Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it, free from any damage or signs of tampering.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order number, email confirmation).
  • Returned within 30 days: The return request must be initiated, and the product shipped back to us, within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items NOT Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Gel blaster Water Beads that has been opened, hydrated, or used.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper storage (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture that causes premature hydration).
  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" promotion, which will be marked at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to us support@hdrasontoy.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]".
  • Provide Details: In your email, please include:
      • Your full name and order number
      • The specific product(s) you wish to return.
      • The reason for your return.
      • (Optional but Recommended) Photos of the product in its original, unopened packaging.
  • Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and respond with instructions on how to return your item(s). Please do not send your item back before receiving these instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: For eligible returns (e.g., dissatisfaction with an unopened product), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Hdrason's Responsibility (Defective/Incorrect Items): If the return is due to a defect in the product or if you received an incorrect item, Hdrason will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

5. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the eligibility criteria.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [e.g., 7-10 business days]. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error).
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is not approved due to our eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email. You may have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your own expense.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive gel blaster ammo that is defective (e.g., incorrect size, doesn't hydrate properly after following instructions, or has manufacturing flaws) or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@hdrasontoy.com Within of delivery.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the defect/error, and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the issue.
  • We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, offer a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, including original shipping costs. We may require you to return the defective/incorrect item.

7. Cross-Border Returns (International Orders)

For international customers, the following additional considerations apply:

  • Customs and Duties: When returning an item, you must mark the package as "Returned Goods" on the customs declaration form. Hdrason is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on returned items. If we are charged any such fees upon receiving your return, this amount may be deducted from your refund.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or incorrect, international customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes associated with the return shipment.
  • Documentation: Please include all original documentation (invoice, packing slip) with your return to assist with customs clearance.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hdrasontoy.com

9. Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges for gel blaster ammo. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to follow the return process for the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired item. This ensures accurate inventory management and faster processing.
