3. Product Usage & Safety Disclaimer

Intended Use: Our gel blaster ammo is designed exclusively for use with gel blasters. It is strictly forbidden to ingest gel balls or use them for any purpose other than their intended recreational use with appropriate gel blaster devices.

Safety Warning:

  • EYE PROTECTION IS REQUIRED. Always wear ANSI Z87.1 rated eye protection when using or being near gel blasters and gel blaster ammo.
  • Do not aim gel blasters at the face, eyes, or head.
  • Keep gel blaster ammo out of reach of small children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion, which can pose a choking hazard or cause internal blockages if significant quantities are consumed.
  • Store gel blaster ammo in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture, to prevent premature hydration.
  • Customer Responsibility: By purchasing and using Hdrason gel blaster ammo, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with all safety warnings and local laws and regulations regarding the use of gel blasters and their ammunition in your specific jurisdiction.
  • No Warranty for Misuse: Hdrason is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred from the misuse of our products or failure to adhere to safety guidelines and local laws.

4. Orders & Account Information

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.
  • Accuracy of Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • International Orders & Customs: For orders shipped outside the United States, you are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country. It is also your sole responsibility to ensure that gel blaster water beads can be legally imported into your country. Hdrason is not responsible for products confiscated or returned due to import restrictions or failure to pay customs duties/taxes.
