1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Order Placement: All orders placed on our store are processed and prepared for shipment by our fulfillment team.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), or on weekends/holidays, will begin processing the next business day.

Peak Season Delays: During busy times (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, major holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. Any significant delays will be announced via our website banner or product pages.

2. Shipping Services

Carrier: UPS

Standard Shipping: Free for all U.S. orders

Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days (after processing). Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

3. Taxes (U.S. Orders)

Tax-Free Shopping: Hdrason gel blaster ammo products are sold tax-free within the United States. You will not be charged sales tax on your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Track your package by clicking the tracking number in your email or visiting the “Order Status” page on our website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: UPS can deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses, but availability for gel blaster ammo may vary. Please check eligibility at checkout.

State & Local Laws: Customers are responsible for complying with state and local regulations regarding gel blasters and gel blaster ammo.

  • Orders shipping to restricted zones may be canceled and refunded.
  • Hdrason is not responsible for confiscated shipments due to non-compliance with local laws.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Packages: Contact us at support@hdrason.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages:

Check with neighbors, family, or your building’s mailroom.

Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
